My name is Ileana, but you can call me Li. I am the eldest of five sisters, an art enthusiast, and someone deeply curious about world cultures. Loyal to friends and family, I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.

My professional journey began in the insurance industry in 2010, following in my father's footsteps. I started as a promoter and  authorized represenative for Medicare Advantage. As a natural born leader, later progressed to the roles of Client Manager and Director for Employees Benefits Programs where I attended to corporate clients as an Insurance Broker and more recently as a Federal Benefits Account Manager for Puerto Rico Region. 

As an Authorized Represenative, I hold licenses for Health & Disability, Property & Casualty, and Life insurance lines of business for Office of Commissioner of Insurance. I am passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance and building strong relationships with partners and clients. My goal by launching GI Insurance Solutions is to ensure needs are been met and exceptional customer service experience is delivered in  just one place.
